The room was an absolute disaster. I've never seen such a dirty room before. There were squashed mosquitoes on the bathroom wall, the pillows were stained, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Having my 4-year-old sleep in a cot was a nightmare. However, the location was excellent, right on the facade close to the beach in Balcik.

The hotel room I stayed in was absolutely horrendous. I've never been in a room so dirty, with squashed mosquitoes on the bathroom wall. Our confirmed reservations were not comfortable during the summer time. The service didn't react to this problem with enough attention. The location was close to the beach but lacked wide spaces. The dining experience was average with good meat, but priced higher than expected. The facilities need renovations.
